Raw shell-less eggs individually packaged in vacuum plastic pockets that keeps them fresh for longer. The egg can be cooked in the sachet which determines its shape.
Oeufs cru decoquilles sous-vide pour un conservation plus longue. L’oeuf peut etre cuit dans la poche en plastique, qui determine sa forme de virgule.

J’aime beaucoup ton blog, un régal.

Awesome!
Isn’t there more cost in having to crack all those eggs? Also what about the infection factor to the open egg, there’s allot of protection to an eggshell?

Can somebody tell me if this is real and if it is where I can buy one (which country and store?)
Comment by ricardo — December 19, 2008 @ 10:49 pm
Hi Ricardo, it was just a research on experimental packaging, it does not exist (well, not yet!)
I’m glad you like the idea!

lovely design!
still, the only down side here is that as a target audience i would agree with Jessica about the eggshell part…

What is this KATY yo
what is this product?
What does it actually do?
I like the design and it looks cool, but what does it even do?
Comment by Will — June 16, 2011 @ 4:24 pm
It’s just research on packaging rather than an actual product. The idea is to keep eggs fresh much longer with no risk of breaking them. They can also be cooked in the sachet, keeping its shape. It takes less room to transport and therefore less trucks and has a smaller carbon footprint.
